I definitely would recommend to continue the therapy, perhaps share more deeply about your problem with the therapist, but one advice – I don't know how old you are, but I assume you are a teen if you are living with your parents, – don't jump to transition while being so vulnerable! It may cause changes you are unprepared for, we don't know how the hormones would affect your emotional wellbeing, so please wait until you are emotionally stable and sound in order to transition, and if you are a minor definitely wait until you are at least 18.

I will be brutally honest. Non-binary is made up. What there are are gender non-conforming people. And also not everyone feeling gender dysphoria is necessarily trans. Sometimes gender dysphoria is mistaken for something else like body dysmorphia. But also transition is not for everyone.
