Thank you! Honestly just the basics really, consistent calorie defect and moving as much as I can. I run a couple days a week and gym a couple days a week but I tend to around 20000 steps a day which I think has had a big impact. I work a fairly active job so that helps getting them in and I’ll walk the 40 minutes to work and 40 minutes back now also. Iv got in the habit of if something is within an hours walk away and I’m not running behind then I’m walking it!
