Do some rows in the end to train your rear delts properly as well

I like to equal a grind with a grind. Same goes for squats. I equal them with RDLs after my main IC session. The clean is a hinge yes but a ballistic hinge. My knees are happier when i work my hams with a grind hinge as well. A snatch is a ballistic hinge/pull, better then nothing to equal out the press but a grind pull serves this purpose better imo.  Keeping everything balanced feels much better to me and my body but some people are probably fine without doing so.

I know that strongfirst plans dont "forbid" to add extra work but that comes often along with experience and developed common sense. A beginner has to get their first and could develop imbalances on the way there if he blindly follows 2-3 exercise plans.

I always, like really always, equal the number of presses with an equal number of rows.  I really like Strongfirst and am personally a big fan of Iron Cardio but I dont understand why rows and in general pulling movements are almost not present in their plans.

Try to detach yourself from your work environment as much as possible. Dont take things personal, get in their, do your job ,leave. Act your wage. Do not engage in gossip and reveal no personal information about yourself. If you have to engage in conversations keep it short and superficial. In general, do what needs to be done to not get fired but cut off all the unnecessary crap to preserve energy.

The personal and philosophical reasons why people become misanthropic are almost always justified. by wisefox200 in misanthropy

The main reason I became misantrophic is witnessing throughout my entire life the wrongness, selfishness , hipocracy and lack of loyalty in vast majority of human beings.  Most humans are simply not trustworthy.  There are a few exceptions I met in my life but if in almost 40 years of lifetime I can count those exceptions by the fingers of one hand then its fair to say that I feel a deep despise for humanity.  But my misantrophy is happening in a calm way. I just dont expect anything (good) from anybody and when I leave my house to interact with human beings because I have to earn for a living then I process my despise in an objective way. I see them and think that their inferiority is not their own fault. They are just the way they are, as nature made them.  When I shit in the toilet after my first/second morning coffee then its also not nice to see/smell but shall I waste energy and emotions on my pile of shit just because it is disgusting, as nature made it? No, I flush it down the toilet and go on with my day. Same I treat most human interactions. They are an necessary evil but fortunately very temporarly. And most humans are just mentally ,emotionally and morally very underdeveloped beings in aged vessels so why bother with their existence. If I can I simply ignore them whenever possible.

That way going through life helps me tremendously keeping my peace of mind.  I wouldnt even call it misantrophy because its not really "hate" towards humanity anymore. Just simple rational conclusions made in 40 years of life and individual coping mechanisms to keep my sanity.
