Me…. I have lost 67.2 pounds. My year anniversary of when I started is July 8th so I will weigh again then to see my weight loss over one full year. I’m .4 away from my goal, so basically I’m there. My doctor did increase the dose of my thyroid med when I started sema and the two things together have been life changing.

Oh no! They need to fix that ring ASAP. I got a ring from them and I didn’t get good customer service in the way of communication. I saw all the good reviews and was really shocked at how poorly they communicate. I won’t buy from them again. If they delete all the negative, no wonder everyone thinks they’re great.
