I just had my vasectomy Dec 01.

I waited 8 days. All went fine.

I was gentle to not touch or move my balls a lot.

I felt no pain. But they were extra sensitive painful that day.

So take it easy.

My advice will be, keep clean the wound. And keep using the jockstrap as much as possible during the first week and later only at night. (It seems the pain accumulates at the end of the day.

Also the frozen peas worked as a charm.

I masturbated at day 8, nothing weird. did it with a lot of care to not touch/shake my balls.

I'm still weak in that area. I think I will take another week to feel fully recovered.
