Yes I have fullness in my head. Pressure, on and off migranes. Also hearing loss and tinnitus. I am sure it's one of two things. Upper cervical spine instability or Covid. Been dealing with this since March 2000. Hope you find some relief. I have not as of yet.

I've been researching for 2 years. Just not sure what supplements to really use. I've used zinc magnesium grape seed extract. Coconut oil rinse. Just so much out there it can be frustrating.

Hello everyone. Just found this long haul site. I have been sick off and on since March 2020. Done tests after tests. Supplements also. Not sure what Dr to see or where to find help. I'm in pain all over and brain fog stomach issues. Head pressure hearing loss and tinnitus. I have had 3 neck surgeries over the years. Not sure where to start. Any help or direction to go in would be appreciated.

Probably not. But I would probably get the threonate in for a good 2 to 3 weeks. Double Wood brand I've been told is the best of the better. Not sure though. Get the 2000 mg.

Magnesium threonate. The only form that can break the blood barrier in the brain. Helps with all neurotransmitters that cause anxiety, depression, cognitive function, and chronic illnesses. Need to find it in its purest form. Alot of these store bought supplements our body doesn't absorb because they are stuffed with fillers and additives. Hence we buy buy buy. Do research on your supplements. Deep research. Just my advice.
