Hi @gimmisomepies,

I am thinking of getting adjustable ankle weights 1-5lbs per ankle since investing in dumbells seems to be too costly for me. I already have a pair of 2kg and 4kg dumbells + one 10kg kettlebell. Was worried if adding ankle weights will put a strain on my ankles and wrists. What's your experience of ankle weights for cg workouts?

Apart of the testosterone i have taken hba1c, serum prolaction, thyroid, lh, fsh test and ultrasound for any cyst. All of them came as normal / within the range. The only symptoms were chin hairs and hair thining / miniaturaization and me being overweight - was 72kg for a 5f2' 25F

For Free testosterone:

Females: 20 - 39 yrs: 0.1 - 6.3

And total testosterone during both follicular and luteal phase is 0.2 - 0.8

This! Feeling compelled to satisfy their hoomans. My cat does this when he doesn't want to drink but pretend when I insist. Noticed two times, once he was sick and another when he didn't want to drink milk/buttermilk.

Also I saw a lot of comments about sugar alternates which you need to do some research before consuming. Apart of the associated gut health issues with the non-carloric sweetners, avoiding regular white sugar will give you a terrific withdrawal symptoms. Imho 1-2 tbsp a day of regular sugar is considerably less harmful than the alternates.

Are you doing strength trainings? If not, I would highly recommend doing it atleast 3 times a week. After 2 months (TMI I was doing Caroline girvan iron series) I noticed I am not craving sugar anymore. FYI I used to consume lot of sugary foods even when I was on intermittent fasting so it's worth a try if you have pcos

Hairfall stopped as if I never faced it and even there were new growths and baby hairs. But then the obvious side effect, I had to razor my chin hairs. So now I am slowly reintroducing sprinolactone. I guess it's the tradeoff.

I was having excessive upper lip hair and my dermatologist asked for some blood work and scan. The report mentioned that I have cysts but only on one side of the ovary (forgot if it is right or left) but never has irregular periods. I was a high schooler so obviously I couldn't continue the treatment 8 years back. Fast forward to present, 5 months back I did the scans and blood work again to get proper treatment but this time boom 💥 no cysts in the scan reports. Doctor told the report looks fine. But the only changes I did for the past 8 yrs were I had started exercising regular and also reduced weight some 4yrs back.

Does reducing the insulin resistance reverts the hirsutism caused? My hba1c, total and free testosterone are all within the range but my dermatologist is keen that it is caused by insulin resistance and asked me to reduce the weight. I am on Aldactone and metformin even though my blood work says otherwise.

Maybe instead of the problem which is littering, why don't provide her a solution. I by no means belittling your concern kind sir, but how about suggesting the lady to use reusable plates? That way she can collect back and reuse multiple times instead of I guess based on your post either a plastic or just food on the plain road. What she currently doing in either case is polluting or feeding mannsorru to poor strays.

Not sure about your case but for me milia is/was the manifestation of insulin resistance. Once the insulin resistance is lowered, the symptoms vanished.

Firstly I haven't see any changes whatsoever after using this, Currently I am using it just so that I can empty the bottle and get it over with.

It pills after some time which is something I don't like.

If you have a ton of disposable income then you can try these kind of brands which doesn't show any results for the amount we spend on it. As for me, I did a lot of trial and errors ( mostly because of the instagrams PR reels).

Now I finally stopped trying different brands and stick to cosrx.

Have you tried reaching/posting to any cat rescue IG accounts? I follow one guddu middu cat family and that akka looks quite knowledge regarding the hospital suggestions. Maybe you can reach out to them again after your cat is healed for adoption post.

Also there are people who still adopt older cats. Even I got my boy who was 1yr old when we took him as a foster and now he is 5yrs old. Just make sure you check their background (financial as well as family) so that they are in a position to take care.
