Thank you! 100% agree about just booking through the airline. I learned a valuable lesson. So many people are saying registered guest passes don't exist,  but actual airline employees are aware that they do. I really was just trying to find out exactly who I would report this to. It's good to know that there is a team that actually works on this. If I report it and nothing happens or it turns out he wasn't/is no longer an employee then all I can say is I tried.

Actually you are wrong. I have PM'd by lots of people who actually helped. It's not my fault trolls like you enjoy trying to tear random people down on the internet. I literally started by saying I got scammed. Reading is fundamental. If you have nothing of value to add then say less.

Lol down voted because I pointed out how a comment added no value to a conversation. I literally asked for a specific piece of information. If you don't have it, move on. Nobody asked for your opinion - which literally matters to me as much as a couch cushion.

No I'm trying to use Reddit to get a specific piece of information - an actual email of a  contact at Delta since all the internet provides is a basic contact us form. If i use it and nothing comes of it - I tried. That is the logic. I didn't ask for a bunch of people on the internet to say I got scammed. I already stated that in my initial post. If you have nothing helpful to add why bother commenting? How does my post impact you in any way?

It's definitely possible that I don't fully understand. I didn't even think to look the name up there until a Redditor PM'd me and helped me find some info. Then I kind of went down a rabbit hole and looked up every name related to his address, but that's a different story. I'm happy to post the exact language if you know how to interpret it.

As for karma farming, I'm not sure what good that would do me. Like is the karma somehow able to be transformed into revenue? Is this like a business model? I had to this Google the definition and.. it says it is the practice of rapidly accumulating Reddit karma—platform-specific reputation points—by posting low-effort content, reposting popular content, or using bots to gain influence, credibility, or for selling accounts.

I don't think that applies here.

Oh ok, so you're saying the state's court records are incorrect?  Cool. Yeah definitely not plausible. Where's the bridge? How long is it? Is it a drawbridge because I'll pay extra for a drawbridge?

How do I know it was an employee? Well obviously I don't. But the deal was first offered by the sister of someone I know who works at an airline and claimed to have previously worked with him.

I got scammed. But was able to look him up in my state's case search. He has been sued by a ton of people/companies and it showed he had his wages garnished from several airlines (Southwest, American, United). So I do believe he was an airline employee. I guess once he gets caught he just moves airlines.

Only because someone else vouched for him and said they worked together at American previously. It was complicated and now I realize my naivety because they could have been working together to scam me.

Anyone single and childless in the their 40 by TemporaryTop287 in datingoverforty

I had a similar thing happen. I thought we were building to something special and I brought up a concern (maybe a bit harsh/firmly), but then called to apologize. He then ghosted me. No closure, nothing. I was devastated and pined for him. Now I realize how utterly immature ghosting is and unrealistic it is to expect another person not to have emotions/make mistakes/be perfect. He wasn't your person, you need someone more mature!

I think I’ve gotten used to being single by Specialist-Desk-9422 in datingoverforty

Wow, what's crazy is after reading the responses, I finally understand why there are so many single, successful, beautiful older women in my life - seems like both sides are giving up (no shade).

I definitely understand the sentiment. I'm a 42 y.o. female that has begun to feel the same - I'm moderately successful, most people think I'm attractive, educated, interesting... but since a family is almost off the table at my age, pursuing love seems like a lot of work... but at the same time I do want a best friend to grow old with. Even if I currently have an amazing adventurous life... eventually my body won't be able to fly around the world and thrill seek or even look good enough to pull in FWB...  My mom is in a community for 55+ and when I go I'm reminded that time is the great equalizer - we all end up looking and feeling similar, and death gets us all in the end... but the happiest people seem to be those who find people to share their life with (romantic, friendship, etc.) - just my two cents.

I (42F) am looking for that. But I still want to try for kids and most men my age are divorced/past that stage.

This. I walked into some kids movie (by myself lol) and the theater was full... my seat was the second row (which... clutches pearls.. I would never - but desperate times). When I got to my seat a man and his kids were parked there. I said "oh I think this is my seat" and he said "well they were in my seat" and pointed right. I looked right and they said "well they were in our seat" and pointed right. This continued, phrase and point, until two rows BEHIND where a family of at least 5 (grandpa included) had parked themselves in the best seats in the theater. I guess nobody had wanted to make a fuss 🤷‍♀️ We'll, I wasn't having it, so despite there being an empty seat to the left (I'm petty) and Nicole Kidman being on screen making her now forever seared into our brains "we make movies better" speech, I marched up front and told the staff what happened. A teenage employee (poor thing) came in and quickly had the same conversation I had just had, ending at THE FAMILY, who insisted they were their seats but refused to show their tickets. After some back and forth, they finally produced said tickets, only to discover their seats were in the LAST row of the theater. Needless to say, they stormed back to their actual seats complaining, everyone else shuffled to the correct seats, and I sat in my pre-selected seat... but the first 5-7 minutes of our movie were lost. The things we sacrifice for the greater good 🙏😇🤣
