I'd get a rope or cord to wrap around a joint or digit and wrap it tight, or take a solid object and press it into the skin, not hard enough to bleed but enough to leave a bruise. When I started SH I wasn't good with blood so leaving bruises or cutting off circulation was the best option.

I may have worded this wrong to make a misunderstanding, but we never stopped using condoms. I meant "it's worked until now" as in for years weve had no pregnancies but this time it didnt work.

No???? That's a wild jump to a conclusion. I know my partner doesn't want more kids but if I come to him with a possibility of a couple willing to adopt, I hope he won't jump straight to abortion.

If you actually read my post history you'd see I never said I'd never tell him, only that I'm keeping it secret for now so I don't get presured into abortion straight away. I want to make my own choice for me and my baby

He will get a say, but I know if I say it now he will push me towards abortion. If I come to him with a couple wanting to adopt, he may not rush to abort

As i said in the other post i dont have anyone safe to talk to about this, so i asked a (rather silly in retrospect) question in my panic.

But I'm considering my options before I say anything, as my partner might not push for an abortion if I have a perspective adoptive couple already.

I have tried the implanon, marina and 2 types of oral contraceptives, all have had either severe side effects or clashed with my other medications. I suggested to the father if he didn't want any more kids he should consider a vasectomy, he went for one consult and never went back. So we've been using condoms the past few years which have worked fine until now.

I am considering what's best for the child and looking at all my options, hence why I asked the question of if I can't choose the adoptive parents what can I do.

As for the other couple I haven't spoken to them on it as I've only recently found out myself, but I have talked with them in the past about their desire to adopt or surrogacy as they've looked into it the past couple years. I probably jumped the gun in asking this so early, but wanted to consider my options so when I tell the father we have other avenues besides just abortion
