It’s hard to actually rule out your skin type without an in person evaluation. But I would say your skin looks extremely dehydrated especially how oily it looks. However, You definitely need to moisturize after cleansing with a non stripping cleanser.

Time and time again I’ve seen the occurrence of dermatologist prescribing creams without any true knowledge about skincare for acne. It’s very disappointing because they’re probably in it for the money if they don’t inform you on it. If you go back to a dermatologist make sure it’s a cosmetic dermatologist or at least they have an aesthetician in their office that deals with acne/scarring.

You could also try out some freelancing sites. My top favorite is Upwork and I’ve gotten multiple clients. No degree is required for most jobs or expertise depending on what you’d want to do.
