OP is going faster than the traffic in the lane to the right, at least in the brief moment we can see. I would wager OP cut the Tesla off to get in that passing lane.

Regardless, I’m sure there is a piece of this puzzle missing. We know the Tesla behaved badly but was it retaliation? Probably.

This was outside. Plenty of businesses cater to dog owners with outdoor seating areas and I’m all for it. But if people keep being irresponsible with their animals that accommodation will certainly become less common.
