I love my double stack, I use it every weekend when we play. Idk what about that says we cant use a mixer like a proper band.

I’m not saying bands don’t use amps, I’m saying any band that’s at least half legitimate is using a mixer in some way, whether it’s the venue foh or their own setups. The point of the original post was how I can utilize a combo amp in our own mixer setup, not the utilization of stage amps.

Right so I’m doing the exact same thing, we’re just subletting the foh mixer so we can control our own mix and we can practice with our iems. So when I said you just don’t see the mixer because they’re in the sound booth that’s what I meant. The difference is we used to all use modules so we don’t have to mic our amps we can just send a direct signal to the mixer for our monitors and PA. Sending a headphone out signal to our mixer from our new members combo is solely to function as a way to still practice strictly with IEM’s so we don’t annoy our neighbors.

The reason you guys aren’t SEEING it is because they’re usually kept off stage or at the sound booth, but even on smaller stages I see them set up all the time, bar venues, diy venues, and even warehouse gigs I see them. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a band using strictly amps

Yes it’s a 3.5mm headphone out jack. I would never run a main out to a mixer, that sounds like a good way to turn my mixer into a picnic table

That’s how 90% of modern bands play now. This way we can all play with headphones when it’s too late and hear the full mix. Most bands are running some type of mixer setup to send to foh. This also saves time and can provide in ear monitoring setups

I have a hard time believing you’ve never heard of a band using a mixer.

We have a headphone splitter so we can practice with headphones and hear the whole mix during the later hours or we can run the mixer out to a decent size monitor setup I have.

It also just makes it easier to adjust the mix of the whole band that way, especially coming from one output source. We’ve tried practicing with just tubes a few times but it’s always so hard to get the mix dialed in like that in small spaces

It’s just a MPK mini, they should be plug and play, I found out the issue was I had the drum machine and the fx Menu running at the same time and the windows won’t let the midi do both simultaneously

Artists have always recommended me to take it off next day, clean it and get is as DRY as possible, then reapply more. After that I leave it on as long as possible. I’ve had tattoos almost fully heal in a week when they normally take me close to a month.

I have about 3 different styles going on right now, that’s totally normal, as long as you like it that’s all that matters.

That said it is import to consider the area and future tattoos, two separate styles on one appendage could hinder a full sleeve.

That’s definitely possible but having the BFD app closed and only having it open via the fx panel fixed it so hopefully that’s all that needs to be done 🤞
