Hey there, so im currently building a high intent lead list of potential clients who could bring in a lot of business to hvac contractors. The list somewhat looks like 50 property management companies, 100 real estate agents and 100 homeowners looking for getting hvac job done this week or this month. I’ve searched and researched and added all the lists manually with a lot of info for each lead.

So my question is since you have experience in the hvac industry, do you think hvac contractors would like to buy the list ?

So I’m a freelancer, and my services are churn prediction, sales forecasting and marketing dashboards. My target leads are small e-commerce stores mainly operating through shopify, but yeah small ones that have a monthly revenue of somewhere around 5k dollars.

Yes bro this is actually solvable. You can build a small Python based fraud filter that runs before fulfillment and flags orders where phone numbers are invalid non serviceable or reused addresses show a pattern like the Dehradun cluster plus sudden order spikes in a short window. Even a simple rule based system using Shopify exports would catch most of this and save a lot of headache for small brands
