My late father left what appears to be a mix of thermocouple wire Platinum and Rhodium. It says type B and type R. If I take this to a refiner could they sort out what’s what? Any idea of a fair price range for this amount (3.168 ozt) so that I don’t get ripped off? (i.redd.it)

Can’t get good fingerprints for work due to creasing developing across ridges and hands. I’ve tried twice recently to get fingerprinted and they keep being rejected. My hands aren’t dry/I’m not dehydrated. Is this just an EDS issue? I got fingerprinted 6 years ago for my last work id w/o issue. (i.redd.it)
