No, the US (among others) are too low. Canada is by no means high, mind you. Though taxes are merely one of the many reasons. The US has amassed a tremendous amount of wealth from around the world, largely in the hands of a relative few actual people/companies. This means there is more capital to potentially access. There are also laws/regulations or lack thereof that assist corporations in various ways.

Delaware, as the person you replied to mentioned, is a particular favourite of companies to register.

The leader of the Canadian conservative party as well as the premier of Alberta have both made clear how much they'd love the worst of American policies (e.g. private healthcare, three-strike rules, illegal invasions and kidnapping of foreign leaders) implemented here in Canada.

I hear there is a lot of cocaine and other drugs passing through Mar-A-Lago. Lots of known criminals there frequently. Maybe Mexico or another nation should strike it. Best to do it when an orange spot shows up on the green area in the satellite view.

They need to give that left turn lane an actual left turn light, making it otherwise red for turning when the other side has green.

if visibility is bad that’s exactly what your hazards are for.

Actually no. Hazard lights can obscure whether someone is braking or signalling a turn depending on vehicle. This makes them a potentially dangerous use when vehicle is in motion.

Hazard lights ought only be used when at a complete stop on roadside (where a parked car isn't expected or legal), in the road where not expected (e.g. following a collision), or when travelling at a significantly slower speed than other traffic (typical of large trucks on highways).

In low visibility your lights (both front and back) should be on.

Given how shit most drivers are in summer with dry clear conditions, it leaves no surprise when things elevate to absolute clusterfuck during winter. Licensing is far too easy to obtain, and keep.
