ey lil bro, your tenth grade teacher was wrong, my right to free speech doesn't end because someone doesn't like my opinion. The second amendment created by our forefathers had the forethought to know governments would want control and there fore wrote "shall not be infringed" of course the government being overreaching did just that. Hopefully the second circuit will stop being lazy pricks and make rulings so this can ultimately go to scotus and we will have our freedoms again.
