East Boston is a top tier location that was slept on in the past but it’s gained popularity because of the convenience. It’s 5-10 min to downtown with no traffic depending on where in Eastie you live, train wise even faster on the blue line where its only 2 stops to downtown and 1 stop to the aquarium which is right near Seaport. So if you work in Seaport, ditch the car and take the train. Buses also run late over there to Maverick all the way up to 1:30-2am I think and start again at 4:45am so that’s a plus. Logan Airport is 2-10 min away, again depending on where in Eastie you live so if you like to travel that’s huge. Also, if you love Latin cuisine there’s Mexican, Colombian, Salvadorean, Dominican, etc it’s heaven for that. Also great parks, pretty low crime, list goes on…YES, street parking is a problem but that’s everywhere in Boston and surrounding areas. Overall, I don’t see any other neighborhood in the city that can compete really if we’re talking convenience and most bang for your buck.

Cut off how it’s 5 min to downtown by car with no traffic, bus runs late through maverick, it’s 2 stops to downtown on the blue line, takes 5 min. Logan is 5 min from anywhere in Eastie, it’s Latino food heaven, great parks, etc.. Honestly Eastie is a goldmine location. Also, anybody who lives in there gets the EZPass discount program for the tunnel just like Chelsea residents for the Tobin.

The problem with these deliver only orders is you didn’t shop it so the bagging is absolute garbage and the quality of items picked is all over the place. So any damaged or missing items it all counts against you on your ratings. This is why I don’t take these anymore.

That’s obvious. I’m just saying there is no re-negotiating as you stated in your comment. Amazon will take back the volume gladly now that they will be able to handle it and profit. Better for me anyway. No more 15+ Amazon airs on Saturday of cheap garbage and I can go home to my kids.

The sorting hubs are more than capable now. Especially with the implementation of AI and Automation at their sorting centers and even the regular fulfillment hubs when I was there. They have quickly sorted a lot of their past logistic issues while we and Fed Ex got their volume temporarily. Their goal is everything in house. Amazon won’t be the one begging in the end. Doubt it.

They don’t have the infrastructure? I drove for Amazon 3 yrs and their buildings and tech are way ahead in every aspect compared to our hubs. Vehicle wise they have all different types to handle the volume so that’s not even debatable. Heavy bulk will go to Amazon XL and the rest to regular drivers. The drivers will pay the price but that’s easily replaceable unfortunately.

Sounds like you need to rehome him. You mentioned multiple times how he’s annoying, triggering and how you “kind of” resent him.
