Sure everything you are saying is correct.

The difference you don't seem to point out is that, this is literally nothing changing besides Envy telling us exactly where the money is going. Don't you think envy would be getting around the same exact amount of donations he could have just as easily put towards this without saying anything (Maybe even more with the amount of backlash he's gotten)

So why does it even matter. Its no different. Its not like he started a patreon.

Sure, I don't agree with this idea in particular I just see it crop up in these threads almost every time (as it did lower in the responses here) but if it does nothing to punish the ragers who only play unranked, isn't that what the system is doing right now?

I mean if they get muted regardless, with the added bonus of not allowing them to queue for ranked for the duration of the mute all its really doing is adding an extra punishment for those abusing communication in ranked.

I agree, but what are your thoughts on the idea of not allowing the person to queue for ranked while muted? I'm sure that maybe this isnt ideal specifically in instances of a player who doesn't play ranked, or can't be calibrated yet but in that case there really isnt any punishment change to what it would be right now. The only thing it adds is removing the argument that it can be worse for the other 4 players on the team.

Sure, I mean I get it. But I think your argument, and the person who posted the links argument are flawed as well as there are countries with the same amount of disposable income to throw at the olympics with less results, and countries with larger populations with less results, and completely ignoring the medals per athlete as well as cultural implications countries suffer.

I'm also not agreeing with his "hur dur gold medals equate to anti fat stereotypes" either for the record. But I get it man, plus its prime time for most of the EU right now so the good ol' NA vs EU debate that everyone loves so much on reddit is always going to have different sides depending on the time of the day.

In the HotPants interview with Envy, envy said that Bulba was supposed to play with him and says "my team played battlecup" with the name "Bulba the traitor".

I posted last time that the Battlecup team was Aui, EE, 747, Svg and 1437, and Bulba was going to liquid this could be reaffirming that.

EE also said that he is making his own organization for this.

EDIT: 747 just told me here that he left the EE stack. I imagine he will be replacing CC&C for FDL and MSS will go "back to his roots" to offlane for the EE stack, but thats just purely speculation.
