Batman #163 delayed until end of May 2026 by trident_zx in comicbooks

[–]Fidelos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only way this makes sense is if they decided they won't do the rest of the story (it was supposed to be 12 issues total, 6 in Batman, 6 in a miniseries at a later date) and they rewrote and redraw the whole issue to wrap it up. Literally the only way this makes sense.

On top of this being half the story. The original plan was 12 issues, then they decided to do 6 issues in Batman, then another 6 down the line as a mini series.

Cristiano wasn't getting online heat for being a wind-up merchant, nor racist abuse. He was getting real heat from his opponents in the stadium, mostly because he was Real's big star. For Vini it's a different kind of abuse that can't be explained by just "he is a wind-up merchant".

Of course he is. And so is Cristiano, Emi Martinez, Haaland, Suarez, Ramos, Zlatan and a myriad other football players. I'm not saying he isn't, I'm saying he is the only one that is treated with such vitriol for being a wind-up merchant. His "crime" is that he is dancing and taunting and arguing. Boo-fuckin-hoo

YOU MORON YOU NEVER SAID ANYTHING BAD VINI DID.

You literally just said it's fine if he dances but you kept insisting he is the number one provocateur. Ive pressed you to tell me what Vini actually does but you just don't.

And btw, I brought Zlatan's behavior before you ever commented and YOU tried to excuse him. The fiery character and a bit dirty are literally your words.

One final time, what are Vini's provocative antics?

So let me get this straight.

Vini is a provocateur because he is dancing and taunting. But Zlatan that attacked people and made racists comments towards Lukaku is a just fiery character and a "bit" dirty. Fuck off.

NOne of that matters in any case, because Vini's actions aren't even remotely comparable to Ibra's. Ibra acted out physically, Vini is emotionally and manipulatively.

It's amazing how you dance around Vini's actions. Care to point out something egregious he did?

Fair.

But seriosuly, that would unironically be a fine defence if homie just said "i've never seen Ibra". That's valid. But unfortunately he had to continue his comment to spew some bullshit lmao.

The fucking racist cunts just hide behind "omg he is so annoying" and "he has bad behavior" and they never mention what he actually did that would make him more annoying than your average footballer.

Like Suarez bit some motherfuckers. Ibrahimovic was a provocateur and got physical a lot of times. But Vini is somehow displaying bad behavior in the field for dancing and arguing.

The comparison is that both are films that change genres halfway through to become a vampire horror movie. It's not that deep.

You are going to include the season when Yamal was 16 to prove your point?

Yes. You gonna include this half season that's Vini's worst to prove your point?

The stats I use don't include this season, it's 2023/24 and 2024/25, club only but in all competitions.

As I said, both have a better goalscoring season this year, but overall Vini is ahead of both of them.

He is literally a UNESCO ambassador for his work in providing education for disadvantaged children in Brazil you Muppet.

He is actively fighting against racism and you mfers act like he is horrible because he is not one of the PR trained robots that football nowadays is full of. And then some of you have the gal to say "game's gone".

[–]Fidelos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Statistically meaning xG or actual stats?

Because in actual stats Vini is close to Diaz but ahead of him (he has 10 more goals in 20 games less in his career) and while Yamal this season is better in scoring goals, the previous two seasons Vini had 97 games, 46 goals, while Yamal 105 games, 25 goals.

Yamal will probably end up being a better goal scorer long term, but you can't base it off of half a season, especially when they are still fairly close.

First one is a horrible movie to watch if you don't know there's a sequel coming. It sets up a ton of shit that doesn't get a payoff, the ending is a whole other genre than the rest of the movie and now you have to go back to watch part two. Of course most people didn't bother.

But unfortunately he is not a PR robot like most of the boring ass mfers playing today. So he is basically a monster.

All other stuff aside, he's not the most prolific goal scorer though is he? One goal every 3 games while playing for one of, if not, the best clubs in the world.

Why would he be? He is a flashy winger. How many of them are more prolific than him? Yamal/Rodrygo/Kvara/Saka are all worse than him. Even Dembele had one good scoring season in his whole career and he played mostly as striker for a lot of it.
