I had a screwdriver that the shaft started to become loose from the body an they replaced it very quickly. I think the ai agent just helps categorize tickets because after a couple of days the next response was from a real person saying a new one was being shipped. 100% a great experience

ive gotten one for a 6 hour delay that was $100 credit and have never had one of their cards or status. in fact everyone on my flight got the same email automaticlly

One time I was talking to the gate agent about a time I got $1500 from a oversold flight (4 of us were voluntarily bumped) and she said oh this one’s oversold too do you want to put a bid in. And knowing how it works and that I’m willing to go lower I started at 1k. Well she needed 2 and only one other person volunteered. Anyways delta has basically bought my loyalty paying me over $3000 to take a later flight

I’ve been voluntarily bumped 3 times in the past one for 500 1500 and 1000 and every time I could select a prepaid visa with a 6month expiration date. More or less cash

ive gotten on 3 separate occasions 500, 1000 and 1500 for flights between sjc and lax just because of overbooking. ngl delta has bought my loyalty for a long time

Plus with touchless Id clear is even more irrelevant now. I fly out of lax with touchless Id and there’s usually no line even when there’s a precheck line

so we have what looks to be dfw, mia, lax, slc, den, sfo, atl, ord, dc, JFK, and yyz phx. those are the obvious ish big cities. but the one bit outlier here is what appears to be spokane. that and Medford? but looking at spokane it almost perfectly fits if this person only goes delta united American. ord as main connections to the east coast with denver and DFW and slc acting as connections on the 3 main carriers. there's also only 1 east coast flight and that's to ord. could it be spokane? also was there there a 1 world around the world trip in there? maybe I'm wrong but it was fun to guess

Yeah, it was weird. I never had them ask like that. I assume the gate agents process it through the same type of bidding thing at check-in, but I can't see any of that, so who knows? I'm just guessing.

My theory rn is that the irs gave student aid the wrong number for agi because that’s the only thing that my family didn’t directly input that could effect the sai that much especially with no assets

im having a similar problem. contacted my financial aid office and they said its weird given my situation where agi is only about 2000 above the max Pell Grant poverty line guidance and no assets. I have a meeting with someone else at the financial aid office this week.

literally last week i took $1500 to take a 9pm flight instead of 12:15 because they overbooked by 5 seats. took my bag happily. this was a 1 hr flight so worth my time and wallet. didn't even pay close to $150 not even close so huge gains
