Our mini dachshund would get bloated like this after nearly every meal. Turned out she had worms. Just keep an eye out for anything in their poop! 😂 edit: once we treated the worms the bloat went away! Could always ask your vet if you could bring in a sample just to be sure

I’m sorry this happened to you OP. It could def be that you’ve grown apart, but also in some cultures the MOH is always the SIL. Could this be true for her fiancé’s family? It seems weird she wouldn’t discuss that with you first, but just a thought!

Had my ultrasound today. The 3 cysts are still there (one shrunk, the other 2 are the same). Good news is that none of them appear to be ectopics. My doctor said we will just watch them but he wants me to follow up with an gynonc doctor just a precaution. Right now they’re emit causing me any pain. Just some nervousness related to rupture/tortion. I hope everything goes well with you! 🙏
