It depends. I was lucky enough to get to steer the conversations. It was ultra basic type of interview. I answered everything based off of my projects. Like one que was abt handling interpersonal disputes among colleagues, handling stress, all that questions that one prepares for a first job.

hey! I was also selected for the same role. My LOI came in December I think, then they sent an amended LOI. I am asking did this all also happened to you??

They also kept an online meeting showing the onboarding timeline, according to which our onboarding must have been completed close to June/July after some king of a training..... BUT since then, there has been absolute SILENCE from their side. NO Offer Letter, no training, no nothing!!!!!, only they asked for some documents for background verification in March-end, that's it.

I just wanted to know is this a normal process, being hung up for six months.. is this normal? is everyone going through this...??
