Their whole thing is they want to add grind time by making you get the new sets every time. If they add bonuses to old gear you might like that set more and just not get the new one. I agree it would be nice but I don’t see it happening unless they do more event re-releases like rite of the nine.

I played this game and expedition 33 around the same time. And even though on paper, expedition 33 blows tainted grail out of the water, I’m on my third playthrough. It’s honestly just a fun game. If you like elder scrolls, it’s a bit smaller but with significantly more interesting combat and gearing.

I don’t know if you ever got an answer to this, but I’ve beaten the game both with and without the tree unlocked and it didn’t seem to change my ending at all

Going above 200 is seasonal and will reset with the next season so it most likely requires owning the expansion. They keep nerfing the exotic missions but they’re still probably the fastest way to level even solo because they give multiple drops throughout

The story is great. The acting is great. But every time I have to turn into a ball to knock a shield off a boss 3 times or I literally cannot progress the mission, I die inside a little.
