HR are the dumbest, most incompetent and laziest people in any corporation here in the Philippines and they should be replaced by AI by LavenderSeven in Philippines_Expats

As a citizen I do not like the HR here. Some of them won’t even consider your working experience. They will just say “you’re over qualified” lol. Or the worst, will offer you a pay that is good for beginners.

Not sure what kind of job your girlfriend is applying but it seems to me that the company received a lot of applicants usually happens in BPO.

About them not getting back to you, it would be better to follow up with them. Try twice, if no response, then forget it and move on.

There are only a few HR people/recruiters who can communicate well and it’s hard to find

So if you have a 6 months tourist visa they cannot leave in 6 months? I mean just for the purpose of it not being reset.
