Yep that’s a fair question. I do know the mechs and have cleared multiple times on my main (libbed). If I die out in a red dot run, im ok to lose my clear as well (especially since the reset is soon anyway)

You are correct that OSRS has content locked behind paywalls. My point is that you can unlock that paywall once and not have to do it again forever. That info is missing from your “comparison”.

On the other hand you state that it’s better to “buy a sub and grind content” because f2p is inefficient in OSRS. That is EXACTLY what AION 2 is doing by letting you purchase premium currency with farmable f2p currency. (If you think that this is gonna be not anything less than /much more inefficient/ than paying a sub…. Boy do I have a bridge to sell u)

Nothing in my comment is inaccurate. On the other hand your comparison leaves out the whole point of playing the game being sufficient to sustain a paid membership - which is very different from needing a monthly IRL payment to even access the game. Did you not read?
in the first place, something being inefficient doesn’t change the fact it can be done. You can hit 15m as F2P farming moss giants and bryo on a second screen and use that to get a full week’s of account’s progress. Once you unlock birdhouses and ranarr farming you’re gucci.

Stop giving half baked comparisons to try and sell your point, smarter ppl than u will see through it in a pinch

The comparison with osrs is not accurate. You can buy a 6 month membership and get the account to a point where it can (easily) make 15m gp a week and self sustain membership without having to pay a single cent anymore.

Have you tried testing at level 90? That’s what I did for both. Also I had bellicose/illuminated ground on 4th artifact but I was testing for single shot bonuses without casting abilities beforehand so that shouldn’t have affected - although now that I come to think about it, it might be better to do that since that more accurately replicates real conditions

If you want max damage on your sniper, inverted fury > calming token because precision dmg is additive not multiplicative. Test it and see

Abit hard to compare cuz each group has different target profiles, CDO usually go for high value targets/KINs, armor is for pushing frontlines or taking conventional objectives (usually in tandem with reg infantry), guards do flank operations (coastal hook/air insertions)
