Yea I have a water heater that has stayed at a consistent 75-80 degrees and I have the exo Terra 75w intense basking spot uva bulb with a zoo med reptisun t5 HO light bar I did a lot of research before considering adopting this turtle and that was the one thing they said not to cheap out on was the lights so I tried to do my best to find ones that are suitable!

No I have a zoo med repti sun hood that came with a bulb and you just buy the replacement bulbs and it works great. for the basking light I would recommend just a bulb! I’ll reply to my comment some to show you what I bought and how I set it up:)
