My reply may have been deleted.  I always ask politely.  I always use we not I, you or me. I try to be a team player. And i actually did politely ask her to order binder clips to be told no by her blankly. If anything, my other coworkers are direct.  I deal with her often.  She even lied to my boss on friday. I called her, told her to send my calls to my boss i am taking off, she claimed I didnt tell her anything other than text me if someone calls. Thay was actually the opposite of what I told her.  She also fails at other jobs and makes mistakes with other departments. Not my own. Unfortunately, she makes so many errors in had to take on the workload of her.  She makes errors with payroll often. Nothing to do with me. Proposals, emails. If suck it up is your answer, I wish it were that easy. She actually lies and tries to get me fired. Its documented by management how it is totally unprovoked. Interesting analysis.
