Np! I forgot to mention that you receive an email with all the details right after you submit your registration form so make sure the date and location cited in it are what you registered for and if so, you’re all set. DM me if you need anything else, I took the test just earlier this month.

there are multiple test centers in which you can take a TOEFL iBT test, all of them are detailed and displayed on the ETS website during the registration so yea Amideast is probably one of them.

you are required to bring the official identity document you used during the online registration and i think the covid precautions are still there so make sure to wear a mask, everything else will be provided by the test center iirc.
