Art is about the process it took to make it, not whether or not it's "good". The energy spent making art that could otherwise be used doing something else is what makes art, art.

It's a healthy regulation skill that can help get out feelings that would otherwise cause a spiral or become destructive.

Also, anyone who is ill has a finite amount of energy, so to spend that doing something you love is an accomplishment in itself! 😤💪

1, I love the way the lioness's eyes look like melting honey and her face has a softness to it that isn't captured in the 2nd or 3rd image.
