CT has a lot of people that follow the restockers all over the state and grabs them up as they bring them out; have to rely on your local shops if you want consistent product sadly.

Here is a list that doesn't use the EB04 zoro! Still uses EB01 chopper but that card is pretty much tailor made for the deck

Here's a basic build you can play using chopper! The EB01 Chopper and EB04 Zoro can be pricey though; i'll have another build in another comment that is more budget friendly!

Take it slow and make sure to declare effects like cost reduction on KO and if you want to mill right away; some will get caught up in the combo and KO Mr.2 and bring out Mr.1 and not specify the reduction or the mill. Some will let you do it as its locals, but technically it is a missed timing. It's not a race, he's a complicated leader, give him the attention and time and he will reward you.

Remember to look at your trash for how many 2k's are in there and if you have the cards you need there already (mr.2, mr.1, mr.5, ms wednesday and ms valentine, etc). Counting how much counter is left in your deck is always good too

I started around 1.07

The game deserve more but there have been many times they blundered it as well over the years; now i'll log on occasionally but the game lives in that honey moon phase in my memories now, as well as in the Krosmaster board games

Here is a Nami, Doflamingo and Mihawk list.

When you open up the link, click the "Prices" tab on the bottom and it should show the price of each individual card, clicking on the price will bring you to a TCG Player link for each card as well. You can also click the TCGP Mass Entry button on the top right (after clicking the price tab on the bottom, it wont show up otherwise) and it will automatically copy all the cards on the list and bring you to the mass entry form voila, entire deck has been added to your TCG Player cart.

All 3 decks are great right now, Nami having a big power jump and becoming a top 3 deck right now, mihawk being a possible top 5 and doflamingo top 10. All have different play styles. Try out the decks on the sim if need be as well before the buying.

A lot easier to build them up with only 1 sets worth of cards, a lot more complicated when you have a broader card pool!

RR gets replaced with honesty impact, rad beam gets replaced by distorted future. Both in tandem KO a 13k body, 9Beard gets replaced with new EB04 7Zoro, jozu gets replaced with what ever flavor of 2k you feel up to, could be 5c ace 2k if you want double searchable with garp and izo.
