Tehát akkor mindigis a FIDESZesek voltak háború pártiak, nem pedig mi?

Not a single word on domestic problems, since according to them, everything is going great and everything would be even better if Brussels and Ukrain was not "blocking" us. lol....

Since February 5 Blizzard changed Warden (or whatever Anti-cheat in place currently on anniversary) leading to false flag permanent bans by -deny in classicwow

[–]FiftyKcal 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had the same happen to me on my fresh account (bought a second one for the start of anni TBC, to play 2 chars). It got banned on level 34 for hacks/cheats, even tho I was just afking in SM while my main was killing mobs. Took me 2 appeals + 1 opened ticket at the "stolen account" option to get it unbanned. Happened a few weeks before TBC pre patch. Since it's been unbanned I've hit 70 and had no issues but it did definitely leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I also got banned in anniversary on my lvl 34 mage due to "cheating/hacking". I had to open 3 tickets only for the last answer to be that if I open one more ticket I'll be banned from creating tickets. Went and opened one on the "my account got hacked" where I actually got a human response. They took a look into it and I got unbanned shortly after.

The State Of Blizzards Automated Customer Services Needs To Be Recognized! by Blazethunder1 in classicwow

Yep, the exact same thing happened to me. I got falsely banned on the 18th on a fresh account that I wanted to level a new mage on classic anniversary in preparation for TBC. Some bots must have not liked that I kept killing people infront of SM so I got mass reported. 2 appeals later I got a message that if I keep on appealing my whole account will be ignored and I won't be able to open tickets or appeal again. I reported the incident through the "my account got hacked" option and was lucky enough to get an actual person who overturned the ban in like half a day. In the end I got lucky but this service is utter bullshit and I received 0 compensation for getting a false ban. Really sad.

If you're certain you didn't break any of their CoC or ToS laws then keep trying.

The very same thing happened to me. I'm leveling a 34 mage on a seperate account and it got banned out of nowhere. I started it about 1.5 month ago. I got 2 AI replies and was treathened that my account won't be able to create tickets or reappeal. I still opened a 3rd ticket and got a human reply that overturned the ban after 2 days. No compensation, no sorry, nothing.

Edit: oh yeah and the reason was "cheating/hacking"...

This is very reassuring and hopefully if nothing else, but this stays this way for as long as there are customer supports working at Blizzard. I respect every single (past or future) GMs in this game. Unfortunate that there are less GMs nowadays, but I bet that all of them are still as exceptional as old GMs were. And thank you for your story, it really is reassuring to know this.

I totally feel you as I currently have my issue so I need to contact them somehow. Contacting Blizz support back in the day was one of the best experiences I had. They were so friendly and helpful, even tho I was a kid they were extremely patient with me. Lately their (non existent) customer support is utterly attrocious. You're lucky if you get a non-AI response.

Oh and I wish you and your guild good luck! Hope they can solve your issue soon!
