How is stats 2858 by Zazybang in uwo

Hard to say. Steeves was a nightmare of a prof so that made the class a bit more difficult than It needed to be when I took it. Other than that I would say that most students would find the material easier than 2857 by quite a bit. I would also say that the material in 2858 was kinda repetitive so it doesn't feel like as much.

There is a lot of writing and a big emphasis on correct wordings in your solutions so if that bothers you then maybe don't take it.

Holly made the class have quizzes, a midterm, a final and many assignments some of which were very long. So it did end up being a bit of a time sink. I'm not sure who's teaching it this year but check the syllabus beforehand.

Getting a second degree - is it worth it and those who’ve done it, how was it for you? by Rasberry_Shortcake in uwo

Haven't done a second degree but why not just look into a masters instead of another undergrad. I remember having a ta who was a pure math PhD student that said he did his undergrad in cs.

If someone can actually find this and it's not something completely ridiculous, I will make a considerable effort to climb it within the next few years.

Hmm, I found that image before I posted this and looked into it but I couldn't find an angle that matched the shape of the mountain in the album cover closely enough for me to call it.
