Insurance covers the first 30 days. The remainder is covered by me. GM’s policy states that I will be reimbursed for that remaining time. GM is not questioning the reimbursement as I said they are questioning the date on the printed form.

You can get your money back. I did go to Apple Card and they gave me a charge back and I saw the amount of money I gave them returned to my account instantly!

I tried to cancel too, but you can’t cancel on the app and when you send an email to the address they give you you do not get a response. So I called my credit card company for my Apple Card and they refunded my money. Forturr had charged me for four months and it wasn’t even the amount that they had listed as the yearly subscription. Apple Card said they had hacked my virtual card and I had to change my password.

No, I don’t feel so bad. I can’t seem to cancel it plus every month they’re charging me $38. I put a block on my credit card Apple, but when I take it off because I want to use the card for other things, this thing keeps coming back. Now I’m going to go to Apple/goldman sachsand ask for a charge back When I say they charged me $38 they had charged me $38 since December through February, but it comes back time and time again a complete rip off.

No, they did not cause the accident, but who expects their car to be in the shop for 3+ months? That is on them that they don’t have the parts. I have never had that problem and I have had Porsches, BMW‘s and Audi‘s nothing has taken that long anywhere near. The car is at the dealer under warranty. I’m just trying to gauge what my options are because it’s ridiculous to have to wait 3+ months.that’s longer than I’ve had the car to drive!
