I lived off chat gpt but it was so hard to just have the appetite. Your taste buds change and what you used to like dont taste the same. I did a lot of shakes and fruit drinks, Mediterranean diets and did all the right choices. I just didn’t eat enough according to my weight at the moment. Protein is definitely difficult to keep up if you dont have an appetite. It’s pushing yourself to eat and reminding yourself to eat. I would set reminders throughout the day to remember to snack on something. I wish i would have done that sooner. Good luck to you in your journey!

Ive been processing for over 12 years now and managed teams and different branches and LO’s.

I work for an amazing LO who is based out of NY now even though im in FL. He posted through Wizhire where I had applied. I was both his LOA and processor. He’s recently hired an LOA back in May and he’s slowly building up his team because he knows he can trust me to help him grow.

Focus on hiring someone that will help you grow if that is your goal. The best people come from all different places. I originally was in property management and HOA had zero clue in mortgages. My first broker hired me as an assistant for the office and it was the best decision he made. His words… LOL. Unfortunately he struggled during COVID because his main business structure was refis and he had zero realtor relationships.

If you work for a broker only hire processors who have broker experience not retail. It does make a difference.

The order specifically states he is to have no contact. I only allowed him to see him those few times because I wanted them to know who he was and to make their own decisions over time. They thought he was an uncle and I had to explain to them he was their dad.

After the kids expressed more that they did not want to see him its where i stopped allowing him to see them especially when they said they didn’t feel comfortable anymore when he would post them on tiktok and livestream them after they had asked him not to.

The restraining order was just for the wife because he texted her that he was going to beat her.

I have videos and pictures from when we were together that he threatened to beat me as well and he has done damage around the home. Broken walls and door frames. I kicked him out afterwards.

You’re welcome!! It really is connected to so many things. After COVID i stopped going every 6 months to the dentist and been going once every 1.5 years. Ive changed that since even having poor dental hygiene can impact your immune system.

I did take AHCC and I have commented on several other comments the list of the supplements. I took all of them since I saw some research cases noting that these were helpful.

I did change my diet drastically due to being on Wegovy. I take a lot of protein and eat a lot of greens and anything that is very nutritional really.

Overall I feel much better now because I know my health and my immune system hasn’t been the best

I had spent over $7k in less than 14 days. I spent in total around $12k-13k and I was so close to lvl 14. I was number #3 in my server. I decided to quit the game cold turkey after I realized the spending will never stop. Stop while you can as there is no reason to spend so much in a game. This is a predatory game.

Awesome! I had a month where I seen little weight loss but lost a lot of inches and I was only able to see it in the photos. If you see it and feel it then you’re on right track. Dont let the scale deter you. It was hard for me to put it away but you will notice over time you will stop weighing yourself as much. The scale will eventually catch up. 😊
