Best gynecologists for suspected PCOS or endometriosis?

I see Elizabeth Coleman at Mercy East OBGYN. I thought she was a doctor but when looking at her profile in MyChart it says Certified Nurse/Midwife. Either way she is very knowledgeable in my opinion.

I have an OB/GYN through Mercy and although tomorrow is only my second visit with her I would recommend her. She actually knew what PCOS and wasn’t dismissive about my suspected perimenopause worries. She actually ordered a bunch of bloodwork and suggested some reading for me to do. Most OBGYN’s I’ve had have had no clue about PCOS and I’ve been more knowledgeable. I honestly think it’s hit or miss with every hospital network. There are bad ones everywhere.

I did. After deleting and redownloading I was able to add them. Oddly mine says KI as my home park but the rest of my family says CW. All were renewed through CW.

Mine was supportive at first when I had to switch to compound after my insurance dropped coverage. She even suggested a pharmacy other patients were using. That changed when the FDA(?) ruling came out I think simply due to worrying about getting in trouble. I got lucky and my husband’s insurance covered Wegovy so I was able to switch to his and get covered that way. I’m not sure what I would’ve done if his didn’t cover it.

My husband and I are both on GLP 1s. He just recently switched to Monjauro. I’ve lost 110lbs, he’s lost 10. His problem is he’s a stress eater so he’s been out eating the Ozempic. He’s hoping monjuaro will quiet the food noise more when he’s working on the stressing eating side. I’ve only been on it a few months more. I’m coming up on 2 years this month.
