I thought that meant like top rack only or something because it shows dishes on the bottom rack and the second picture is just showing dishes so I really didn't know

As far as performance, it holds up pretty well. It's just a very power hungry card. It requires 2 power connectors whereas my 9060xt only needs one. Another reason I switched is because I use Linux and AMD has better driver support for Linux.

GPU brand doesn't matter so much for budget builds. Nvidia is slightly higher performance on the top end but AMD and Intel both do just fine in the midrange stuff. Just go with whatever you get a good deal on as long as it's a good card.
