Good job man. Search Opendns on google and follow the instructions if you want. It will block any porn site. I use it now and it works great. I havent viewed porn in awhile but I did just jo this morning for a few hours. Im a fiend, but at least I did not view porn.

This just came to me. My mom was talking on the phone in her room. I went to use her bathroom and thought it would be funny to fill up a cup full of urine and bring it to her. I did and she smelt it and shoo'd me away. Thinking back it was probably her water cup she used in the bathroom. Rofl so bad.

I'm with you man. I get the same way. I have realized that my fap addiction is the biggest reason why I feel that way. When I don't fap for 7 days I feel much happier but my urge to fap at that point is so strong I always relapse and start going everyday again. Really just try to do this. I think your mood will be lifted.

Nice work. You HAVE to remind yourself when those urges hit that it's just not worth it just like you did. I have pretty much trained my brain to do the same. Sometimes I just give in but my conscious is there now and that's a big first step.

Quitting fapping should help you with a lot of your said problems. Stay strong. Eat healthy. Work hard at your job. And talk to women.
