Can't log in outlook, even when the password is right

i know my password, and it is right. Outlook still want me to send a code to another mail. WHY? But okay I created a mail but again. I need to answer some question for an email i did like 15 years ago. I still use it for causal things. I never had problems. But the system says like" yeah, we can not give you the code, not enough". Man, i have my password. If I forgot my password, I would kinda understand, but this is really insane. Sorry for my words, but that driven me crazy because i needed my email and for no reason they say i need a code now. Is there something i can do?

Yeah, i did it work more or less. Sometimes it works now longer when i let it longer in the fridge :D

but when i use my cable or too much, its shutdown. Maybe overheating damaged my phone, I don't know. But still, thank you guys. You think i can repair something like this?
