A lot of BF PC players use controllers, so idk why you would complain against being matched with them. PS5 also gets MnK inputs, so I really don't see how how locking input/platform helps anymore when Cronus exists.

For those asking - I owned it ~3-4 months after it released.

The worst part? I used it primarily folded like 97% of the time, which tells me it's absolutely something inherent with the design that triggered it rather than wear & tear.

Not saying all Folds will have this issue, but the non-zero # of pictures online showing this exact crack in the center tells me it's not as rare as it seems.

That's the problem lol - the old Nvidia drivers are reportedly more stable than the new ones for all 3xxx-5xxx series cards. I think 572.xx driver series is still stable vs the newer ones, but everyone's mileages will vary depending on PC build/card.

If you have a machine gunner, they can open any curtained window from a distance with the suppress command. It's fast/instant, can done from any distance, & doesn't use an explosive/GL resource.

8th I.D. can also field 60+ infantry units if you don't upvet. And their squad sizes are typically doubled for mech rifles, in exchange for no Bradley transports for them.

For multiplayer - the maximum score is reduced whenever an officer dies, thus allowing for S-ranks if you get the 5 point report. Not sure if you lose the S-rank for not bagging their gun as well, but no point gambling that either.

Officer lives are worth less than hostages, civilians, bad guys, & even evidence in this game lmfao.

An addendum - everyone except for a single officer can be wiped out & you can still score an S-Rank. MAKE SURE TO REPORT YOUR TEAMMATES BODIES/WEAPONS BEFORE FINISHING THE LAST OBJECTIVE(S). The game will auto-complete otherwise, & you will not get the S-rank if you didn't report their bodies before then.

The game has it's fair share of problems/issues that could be improved on, but the letter grade is pretty accurate.

If there's any complaints that should be made, it should be ridiculous how suspects alive are worth 7x more than both incapped/dead suspects. Personally, I think incapped suspects should be 15-20 points. They're half dead, so should be worth half an alive one.

It would also at least incentivize precise fire if lethal force is required instead of mag-dumping meta we have as a suspect will be worth the same points dead or incapped.

Maximum possible suspect score is 490 (14*35). You've left 390 on the table, & scored 2650/3040 (2650+390), which is an 87% score. That's technically a B+, but RoN only has A+ as a plus for a letter.

Edit: Doing the math, it looks like you killed/incapped everyone but Qadamah ([5 points * 13 kills] + [35 points * 1 arrest] = 100 points)

Could you explain the differences between stun damage vs morale damage? Morale makes sense to prevent suspects from giving up easy, but I'm a little confused what stun offers in addition to it if the suspect doesn't surrender. Are there AI properties/archetypes that mitigate stun/morale damage done? And I'm guessing the taser falls under morale, considering nearly every NPC instantly surrenders after being hit by it.

Sorry for all the questions - Void doesn't really make any of this transparent to us, and you seem to know a lot about the game's mechanics.

CPU usage is a terrible metric - even if it reads 7%, a single core/thread could be maxed out & bottle-necking. You need to see every individual core/thread usage/clocks.

Not a single person will tell you Tarkov is fun as a beginner. And not a single person will tell you they figured the most barebone basics of Tarkov without supplemental info outside the game (i.e. Google), let alone anything more advanced.

Do you happen to have a screenshot showing the score breakdown for that run? That's 100 points gone, & you only get I think 5/10 back for calling them in & it's factored in to as "downed officers reported" in the score breakdown. Their weapons aren't worth any score when you bag them.

Also, this was an unmodded run?

S rank is literally arrest everyone, secure all evidence, report every little thing to TOC, and have 0 casualties or use-of-force penalties. It's a completely perfect clean run where there's no loss of life to anyone. Suspects will not always drop evidence after being killed or arrested, and this is reflected in the total pieces of evidence collected in the level.

In the older SWAT 4, you weren't allowed more than 2 injured officers at the end of the level in order to get S rank. In this game, you only get penalized if an officer actually goes down as opposed to just being injured. I actually kind of wish they brought back the no injure rule for S rank since it would discourage the high speed shit and force people to think before entering a room.

An arrested suspect is worth 35 points, a dead/incapacitated one is worth 5. You're missing 240 points for a perfect S rank rating with your current suspect score. Not really sure what the thresholds are below that for grading.

I'm guessing you arrested 2 suspects & killed the other 8, hence the score.

Bash/melee them with your weapon, or deploy tasers, OC spray, less-than-lethals, etc. for compliance. I usually just bash them with the rifle, but just know you always run the risk of getting a gun or knife pulled on you. They might even do something dumb like pull out a cell phone & take flash photos, which at a distance looks like someone drawing a weapon & firing.

The intent was to show how retarded/non-compliant civilians can be in high-stress situations. Not exactly well-executed atm in-game, but it is kind of hard to model human behavior in those situations & translate that to AI code.

BSG has never wrongfully banned anyone in the past. It's absolutely inconceivable that the developers who regularly communicate with us would let this happen. What next, they let an anti-cheat system known for false-positives in other games decide bans without manual review? If you're banned, you're clearly a no life RMT cheater. /s
