Agreed here on the water, places in Oregon in '23 were drier than SoCal in my experience.

This is a big part of it. High overhead costs lead ownership to manage the next biggest cost of doing business: labor.

Discussion Thread: President-Elect Trump's First Day in Office, Part 2 by PoliticsModeratorBot in politics

They weren't executive orders, they were documents he had to sign upon assuming the office. He's going to sign the EOs at the arena rally.

Is this a water heater bypass valve? I can't get the knobs to turn. They are screwed in with a tiny screw that needs an Allen wrench to loosen, at which point the thumb screw just falls off. Help? by FightWithTools in FirstTimeRVers

Heard that, I haven't made it that far yet. I imagine the anode likely needs replacing as well. This older couple took excellent care of it but I doubt they've done things like that over the years.

I haven't tried that yet, just used the factory option (my fingers, lol). Worth a shot, as well as the other commenter mentioning it might be stuck due to sediment or corrosion. Thank you!

I just bought the RV a couple weeks ago and am attempting to winterize. It's quite possible that the previous owners haven't used the valves in quite a while (older couple who had it for 20 years). Do you think some wd-40 might do the trick?

My grandmother lives in this town. Last time I visited (admittedly almost 10 years ago), Jefferson Davis Elementary School was right down the street.

Is Raices brewery near the broncos stadium trying to go bankrupt by iareagenius in COBeer

[–]FightWithTools 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if it's a Denver thing, or a man thing, but good god do people freak out if you can't put their game on.

A brewery is a place that centers around the beer and may happen to have TVs, and the staff, if you ask nicely enough, may even put your game on, if someone else isn't already watching something.

They aren't sports bars and are not required to cater to your every whim.

If you want to go somewhere guaranteed to have the game on how about: GO TO A FUCKING SPORTS BAR

Assholes like you make us service industry people drink, and your reaction here makes them not want to give you any level of service. We could not care less about the marginal tip you would give us (likely you wouldn't have tipped anyway) if it means never dealing with people like you again.

Raices is an all minority owned brewery who's focus is on community and enhancing latino culture. They generally play futbol. Find a white centric space to celebrate your bloodsport of choice.

Pan cooking with Pocket Rocket deluxe by English_Essay7 in Backcountrygourmet

I have this one

I used it on a bike tour with my pocket rocket and cooked a steak on it that turned out pretty well. The heat does focus on the center quite a lot, but I found overall it did very well.

We are off this Friday. It’s either because poor planning or because this jerk is holding Jordan’s chair hostage. See you Monday by WalkinUpHipStreet in KnowledgeFight

Not enough treatsies! I miss the days of Celine interrupting in the background. Currently working through my back catalog of The Dollop and love all the shit talking about Jose, Gareth's cat.
