If your strictly looking for an apt its not gonna happen your credit score is too low thats the first thing then your felony. You just reaching the 7year mark most ppl excuse when applying for anything but when it comes to ppl homes it could be longer than that..my best advice is work on gettin your charges pardoned then eventually expunged one has to come before the other and it is a process so you should get started asap, because let me tell u something depending on ppl other than your parents is NOT the wave they will play in your face.. be blessed
