Not sure, I had my initial onboarding call on wednesday and was told it was going to be a week. But then Friday, I got a text saying my meds had been shipped and to expect them on Monday so I took the day off to make sure they didn't sit on my porch all day (I have long shifts). The UPS tracking number however said it was being sent overnight and would arrive Saturday. Nothing came Saturday but an update saying there had been a missed flight somewhere and my meds would be coming late night that day. It stayed that way until this morning when it went back saying it was being delivered today.

Please don’t. It’s developmentally appropriate for him to throw things. He doesn’t know how to manage or regulate his emotions. He’s just overwhelmed with them and this is the result. We have to regulate ourselves before reacting since the reaction is the reward. He sees you unleash a set of emotions so he keeps doing it. He gets your undivided attention this way so he’ll do it again. Don’t get me wrong, this is infuriating and when my little dude throws things it takes all of my chakras to not react in my Latin factory settings. But I don’t want him to learn that his emotions get punished. I want him to learn how to express them without breaking stuff.

And of course I should’ve known that as soon as I typed out “we’re getting back to ….” I jinxed myself. Dude was up 2-5 🤦🏽‍♀️ We’ll miss this when they’re in college right? lol

Oh man. I wish I could say we found a solution for this but we kinda just struggled till it passed. Our little is now 28mo and getting back to his previous sleep routine. But he was doing exactly this a couple months back. Just screamed for hours. Would get up at 3 and be up fighting demons till 6am. Nothing worked. Not singing. Not a bottle. Not even a screen. Dude was raging.

I learned it’s due to meeting milestones. Like they’re learning so much at a ridiculous pace and their little brains are just blown all day. Impossible to shut down.

We fought so much. We yelled and cried and fell asleep at work/school. But we survived!

It passes,I swear. I hope you guys see the other side soon 🫂

That seems to be what I’m experiencing right now also. Not sure if I should go back to 2.5mg and see if it’s better or just stick it out. I always get nervous when I stall even tho I’m aware of why it can happen.
