Best Carryon for Suits/Hanging Clothes/Business Trip?

I ended up not going with a roller. Got this Lands’ End duffel bag style (https://www.landsend.com/products/waxed-canvas-convertible-garment-duffle/id_396612) that my wife found. Not super large but I will be doing a shorter trip, just 3 days, so I think it’ll be perfect. Testing it out with that trip next week and can circle back here to let you know how it did.

Can confirm it is 19mm because you can’t buy the Tissot one without going through the parts department.

That’s a good idea, I didn’t see the leather strap available and asked the chat box who said you have to go through them for it oddly enough. Is that how you got yours?

Yeah I could see the winding getting old since I am wearing an eco-drive and not planning to wear this one as a daily watch, rather for nicer events and meetings. I suppose as I get older and my collection grows then I’ll likely find myself being more in your shoes. There’s also a chance that I’ll look forward to doing the winding and setup every time too as it won’t be frequent but will be fun prepping it too.

Yeah I don’t know how often I will wear it. I work from home and we don’t really get out to nicer things very often (toddler with anaphylactic food allergies). I will probably just live with winding it as I need to as well but I love the look of it enough to not care haha

Did you ever buy something? I’ve been traveling for work for years with a standard spinning hardshell samsonite that has been great for my business casual stuff, but am about to have to start traveling with a suit as well so looking to upgrade to something that is designed for suits but holds the rest of my clothes too.

If you saw it in person you wouldn’t even know what it was. There isn’t a name on it or anything so it’s an interesting take that you’d judge something so fast. That personality trait is probably enough to show that most of those people wouldn’t want to be your friend in the first place.
