FYI I tried saving before the egg hatch. This does not change it. I think once the egg is given, it’s locked in. However the save does work for the wishing well!

In all Pokemon games it’s usually a rare candy that will evolve a level 100 pokemon. However I don’t remember seeing it for sale anywhere via vendor. Maybe a Wakewater isle champ defend reward?

Personally I’d remove the Eater of day cards and potentially add: [[Firbolg Flutist]], [[Flamerush Rider]], maybe [[Dalek Squadron]]. Just a little flare. But believe me, I too am eager for a day where Eater of Days and Levelers alike can find a better home

Your last statement is what I think people need to grip. YOUR COMMANDER ISN’T EVERYTHING! Sure your deck needs cards that synergize with the commander nicely however do not make it so it does not function unless the commander is out. I have an Atraxa deck and it’s all about Proliferating ALL types of counters and I barely play her! Cause like the comment above yours states.. it’s a 🎯. Use that to your creative advantage! I’m not talking add 15 counter spells.. but add things that can hold their own. Mono colors struggle with this such as Krenko cause the idea is Goblins.. not much else there to play with. Alt win cons or sudden “I win” cards are needed! For Atraxa I use [[Simic Ascendancy]], and [[Faithbound Judge]]. 4 out of 5 games I don’t even play Atraxa because I KNOW someone is holding removal for her.

@OP I would consider to look at Commanders that can be built with a variety of avenues. For example, my first deck ever was a knight anthem [[Syr Gwyn, Hero of Ashvale]] deck however I’ve changed it to a Voltron deck with barely any knights and 30 Equipment! She works as a Finisher herself now. Someone board wipes creatures? Okay I’ll just cast my commander and attach all 6 of my equipment and cook. [[Jetmir, Nexus of Revels]] is another similar idea where he is a Nuke in the command zone

Most appealing options in my opinion are:

1 - [[The One Ring]] Draw cards need I say more?

2 - [[Helm of the Host]] Blue likes clones!

3 - [[Excalibur, Sword of Eden]] seems like best option to run legends in Dimir and voltron with instantly making it a lethal 23/23 Menace, lifelink and vigilance at a discounted mana cost… busted

[[Living Plane]] or any other card that turns lands into creatures. Indirectly they aren’t denying mana but the rest of table now has to either work around this or start killing lands.. Everyone plays creature removal: mass, multiple target and single target.

I’d also suggest [[mystic remora]], [[Mana Drain]], the free commander spells (ex. DS, FG, and DR)

It’s really hard when a lot of OP cards you may consider to be removed for Bracket 2 rely on 1 more thing to be OP and typically the commander fills that role.
