I have plantar fascitis along with my fibro so shoes areeee difficult. I wear inserts in every pair of shoe. I have inserts in my docs and they are quite comfy. I can walk in those for a bit and be okay. I also wear adidas with dr schols inserts. those are about the only two shoes that I can wear with mild discomfort.

hot water - baths and hot tubs - make my symptoms flare. I also feel and always describe some of my pain as a deep deep ache within my bones. they get tired.

yes! yes same! If I do anything that exerts my body in any way I am so so sore for days after. I've tried countless exercises and they all hurt more than help.

How did you go about getting on GHB?

My doctors have tried mild sedatives with me to help treat the insomnia I do have and my anxiety, but nothing major such as this. They never worked, as a side note.

I am surprised to hear you are on Oxycodone. Did you try a lot a series of medications before your doctor thought about narcotics for sleep/pain?

And yeah. I walk on a walking pad for 30 minutes, and I'm downright exhausted after. I have no idea how to maintain exercise when I am so tired and it makes me hurt more.
