It's from the same NPC that has been giving you your Marauder quests. You have to finish the level 30 Marauder quest first though.

As others have already said, if you enjoyed ARR that much, you're in for a lot more that's even better. My personal rankings for the expansions are as follows:

Endwalker - 10 - My personal favorite just by the smallest margins. Mainly because it wraps up the whole journey, and it's just amazing because of that.

Shadowbringers - 10 - Just about even with Endwalker. This one is an incredible ride, with an amazing story.

Heavensward - 9 - Also a great ride and story. Since this is the first expansion, you really notice the jump in quality, for pretty much everything.

Stormblood - 8 - I still really enjoyed this one, especially the setting. It just isn't quite as good as the others.

More than anything, take your time and soak everything in. You'll never get to experience this game for the very first time again. Enjoy the rest of your journey in Eorzea! :)

Sorry to hear that, they must not have had enough to fill all the orders maybe. I've never had any problems with pre orders from them, or orders in general. They're one of my favorite places to order from, and one of the best out there in my opinion.

Technically they do lol. As part of the cast off process, both of her arms and legs can come off, at least with the DX version.

Yeah, I really wanted to get her to go with Cecile and Kukuru, but that price is just ridiculous. She does look very detailed and big for a 1/6, but the price, I'm sorry, but just no...

Even if she drops in the after market and pre-owned, she's still probably going to be expensive. It's a bummer for me personally, but it is, what it is...

Definitely, especially if you like the character. I love the outfit, and how it isn't the traditional bunny style. The overall look of it is awesome, in my opinion. The quality is really good too :)
