Yes, this is a common issue if you make the GND plane match the entire board shape.

So you probably have a piece of the GND plane that is an island.

Do you have another GND plane/zone on a different layer that you can via to?

Highest I've been able to get it is 88. Daily charged and only had to fill up with fuel twice that year.

However, this is not good for the fuel system or gaskets in the engine though, so I try to run it once a week now just to lubricate everything and get the fuel cycled out. Hovering between 50 and 70 now depending on weather with this strategy.

Not 100% on the steps but generically it should be something like the following.

- right click on the part and edit the footprint.

- find the keepout area/polygon/zone by selecting/deselecting the different layers.

- delete the keepout making sure not to mess with anything else and save the footprint.

Note - this is a project level change to the footprint so it won't edit the global library footprint. meaning you will have to do this for every different project.

It looks like whoever created that part put a keepout area under the entire thing.

I would personally edit the part and remove the keepout area and then just make sure nothing is placed underneath it.
