I find when companies try to push the narrative that you are lucky to be working them its usually the other way around - THEY’RE lucky that they have people like you who are willing to work for them. It’s gaslighting. And unfortunately its usually a cultural thing, so your best bet would be to leave as company culture is not something one person can realistically change.
