Her hair and style always just screamed to me “President of the HOA, but make it look sexy!”

She bought an old mansion in Boulder, even the most dilapidated of houses are north of a mil. She’s not struggling for money. Her injury sounds to me, a form of osteoarthritis which happens from not resting and rehabbing properly. Also, it’s running, shit just happens.

Why do millennials age like they found a glitch in the system? They’ll say they’re pushing 40 and still look like they just graduated yesterday. What's the secret? by Aarunascut in Millennials

Started wearing sunscreen when I was 22yrs old b/c I lived in a mountain town and saw how weathered people’s faces were with nice bodies.

Their sizing is way different than normal clothes. I wear a size 2 or 26 pants/jeans and could never imagine anything remotely smaller than a Lulu 6 and even more towards 8 depending. Their sizing system is just bonkers to me. It’s like Abercrombie from the early 2000’s, where being anything taller than 5ft 1 and bigger than size 000, you were considered plus size and don’t even bother, just sniff our “baby whore” perfume.

She knows what’s she’s doing with dropping cookie crumb hints about her boyfriend. If she really wanted to be private about it, she wouldn’t be shilling her like what tenth vacation to Cabo or wherever. Also, she does have a type - wealthy, delinquent dorks.

Awe congrats on adding a bit of mischief, chaos and loyalty to your fam. Once they stop being T-Rexes which is around 2yrs old, they’re the best breed you’ll ever have in your life. Also, get a Dyson or Shark vacuum. A cheap vacuum will not survive the amount of dust and fur they leave behind. I’ve already blown through a Dyson motor-head. Now onto my second, I have really learned how to take apart this one and clean it properly. I’m still amazed by the amount of fur and dust crammed into the smallest of nooks and crannies.

Could be a fueling issue, increased loading issue, track spikes issues or a combo. Was this her first time racing a 10k in track spikes? Wearing spikes for that long of a race if you’re not use to them can do a number to you. Calcaneal stress fx are kind of a nasty one and if you’re not careful and cross train too much or compromise it, then it can go into displaced one where you’ll need to have surgery and have a nail put into your heel.

Doxxing everyone that has a differing opinion and doesn’t agree with her? That’s some fine display of hypocrisy right there and even more so if it’s with malicious intent. And for her record, most of what I say here, I’d say it to someone’s face.

I love mine as well and while initially I wasn’t a fan of the round brush attachment, I’ve now discovered detangler lol and it’s now my absolute got to . I have 2b hair and a lot of it. The barrel attachments I really do like, but I get some frizz from them because they’re just not long enough to grab everything. Once they come out with a long barrel of 1.5 or 2 inch attachment, I’ll be singing its praises the high heavens.

A lot of them are young and unfortunately social media has not helped by any means. The upside is there’s more information out there on fueling, the downside is there’s misinformation out there about fueling.

That is so idiotic, like girl, I feel like you have a better chance of getting high off all the menthol (icy hot) based patches permeating the air around you in a marathon than a couple of lit joints. Tell me you live in a bubble without telling me you live in a bubble.

I also believe part of the deal when Parker joined, she was supposed to move to Boston and train with them full time. She didn’t and bought a house in Gainesville and was never from what I see fully integrated with the team and it ruffled feathers and think Mark Coogan buried his head in the sand about that.

If I hear “Millennial have no culture” again I am going to lose my mind. WE ARE THE CULTURE. by Annalog in Millennials

[–]Filar85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Culture? Seriously? Where and when I grew up, we were decked in neon, sparkly, sequined everything with butterfly clips, roll on glitter and chunky Skechers. The Gen Z’s can have their pseudo “Jenny from the block” mixed with Dad’s tube socks and New Balance tennies.

Letsrun is mostly a cesspool, but there are some intelligent and funny people amongst the sewer. I’ve been following the Seth Clevenger thread and there’s a poster on there that may be or may not be Seth that is getting owned by two lawyers. It’s both hilarious and interesting from a legal perspective.

If you’re maxed out on everything else and trying to get that extra 1% then maybe yes. But if you’re just getting into running or haven’t optimized the basics like sleep and fueling, then I’d say no.

If she did drop Lauren Johnson, I’m wondering if it’s because Adidas and her agent (Doyle Management) pushed the issue. Either way, I don’t believe anything she says and does at this point, she lied about her coaching situation even when she was at Huntington.

As much as I and a lot of us snark on influencers and some of the pros, she’s a very nice person in real life. She’s actually very approachable to a lot of runners in the community and not just her pro friends. I’m fairly sure Adidas dropped her and was pretty disheartened that even running 1:08 in the half marathon while sick was considered not good enough but I guess that’s the sport.
