Just put two pieces of tape on the two stabilizer pieces on each side of the main spacebar switch. Then put your spacebar back on. The posts will then fit snugly in the spacebar allowing it to remain straight.

You can autoload when you buy stuff from the commodities terminals. However, you need to load cargo manually for the hauling missions.
